Exchanges

At buboodee, we want you and your little one to absolutely love your purchase. However, due to the nature of children's sleepwear and our commitment to hygiene and quality, we do not accept returns for refunds.

We offer exchanges for store credit only.

Exchange Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Original packaging and all tags must be included

How to request an exchange:

  1. Email us at hello@buboodee.com with your order number and photos of the item
  2. We'll provide a prepaid return label for qualifying exchanges
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll issue store credit for the full purchase amount

Please note:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future buboodee purchase
  • We cannot exchange items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not related to shipping
